A recent customer submitted 3 quilts for me to longarm and although most times it's clear which quilt is which, she included a slip of paper pinned to each quilt that had the specific details for each one. What a FABULOUS idea!!!
No guessing or double checking to make sure of details, just quilt away. So, I thought why not create a printable option for anyone to include with their quilt.
Here's what it will look like.
Just a quick reference to compare to the online "Book a quilt" form or to details discussed by phone.
